1. Getting Started

Q. How do I sign up?

AI Data Foundry uses Synap Office account login.

Registration Process

  1. Click [Sign Up] button at the top right of the page
  2. Create Synap Office account
  3. Automatic login and 300 free welcome credits granted
Q. Can I test for free?

Yes, 300 welcome credits are automatically granted upon registration.

  • Free trial of document analysis and conversion features with welcome credits
  • Can recharge credits at Pricing page if more credits needed

2. Document Upload and Processing

Q. What file formats are supported?

Q. Is there a file size limit for uploads?

Yes, the maximum size for a single file is 100MB. Files larger than this cannot be uploaded.

Q. Can I upload multiple files at once?

Yes. In the Data menu, you can drag and drop multiple files into the file list area, or use the Upload icon in the top toolbar to select multiple files at once.

Q. How long does document analysis take?

Processing time varies depending on document size, page count, and workflow configuration. Once a run starts, you can watch progress (Pending / Running / Completed / Failed) in the Status column of the data list.


3. Credits and Payment

Q. What are credits?

Credits are a prepaid currency for using AI Data Foundry features.

  • Credits are deducted based on the number of pages during document analysis
  • Credits can be recharged at Pricing
Q. How are credits deducted?

Waterfall Method

Credits are deducted in the following order:

  1. Welcome Credits: Free credits received upon registration
  2. Subscription Credits: Credits received from monthly/annual subscription plans
  3. One-time Purchase Credits: Credits purchased individually
Welcome credits are used first, then subscription credits, and finally one-time purchase credits.
Q. How do I check my current credit balance?

You can check your real-time balance at the top right of the web interface.

Q. Are credits deducted even if analysis fails?

No. Credits are deducted only when document analysis is successfully completed, and are not deducted for failed runs.

Q. What happens if I run out of credits?

If credits run out, the workflow run stops and a notice is shown. Recharge credits at Pricing and try again.


4. Security and Privacy

Q. How long are uploaded documents stored on the server?

File Storage Policy

  • Original files: Removed from the server after analysis according to the retention policy
  • Analysis results: After delivery to the user, results are not retained long-term and are handled per operational policy
Q. Is my data used for AI model training?

Data Protection Policy

No. Data uploaded by users:

  • Is only used for document analysis and conversion purposes
  • Is never used for AI model training
  • Is not shared with third parties

Q. What should I do when an error occurs?
